Pregnancy / Ante Natal Yoga
is a wonderful and valuable asset for woman in all stages of pregnancy, bringing a calm strength and inner balance. The classes allow you to become more connected to the different stages of pregnancy, strengthening, toning and relaxing you, to make more space for you and your growing baby.

Through guided movement, which create space and opening in your body, bringing with it the freedom to stretch effectively, staying supple, strong and helping alleviate ailments in pregnancy. Working with the breath & visualization helps to increase self-awareness and respond calmly. These classes will help you to feel more in control for birth and beyond.
